Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This website is operated by Inovix MK OOD (Иновикс МК ООД), UIC 208110874, VAT BG208110874, registered at 3 Adam Mickiewicz Street, Burgas 8000, Bulgaria ("we", "us"). "The Patience Project" and "Rachel Kingswell" are publishing names used by Inovix MK OOD. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

If you have any question about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Details you give us. Your name and email address when you order or subscribe, and any message you send us.
  • Order information. What you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Usage data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

  • To deliver the products you bought and provide support (performance of a contract).
  • To send you emails about your purchase, and marketing emails if you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising (legitimate interests).
  • To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

  • Our payment processor, to take payment and handle refunds.
  • Our email and CRM platform, to deliver your files and our emails.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, where you have accepted those cookies.

Some providers are based outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (normally six years). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you, after which we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email.

If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and checkout to work, and, where you allow them, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings and through any consent banner shown on the site.

Children

This site is intended for parents and carers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. This product is about supporting a child, but the customer is always the adult.

A note on what you tell us. If you email us about your child, please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not keep clinical records, and nothing you send us forms part of any medical file.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you by email.
